Boot Charge

Boot wasn't where i could see it in a dark parking garage. I rolled over it once, stopped, and called Premier. Agent said it may be damged and it would cost $200. I asked her to try to unlock it to see if it was damaged but they refused. After i paid the $200, she unlocked it very easlily. Since i had to pay for it, i asked for the boot and she did give it me but refused to give me the key. The lock on these boots are encased in steel tubing. NO way was it damaged. Made complaints on BBB. No answer from parent company Admiral Security.

My employee made a mistake

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
My employee mistakenly thought our company had already paid for parking at lot and went in and out of garage a couple of times. Tell me why your company not only gave a ticket for each in and out but on top of that added a $70.25 fine for each time. One of the several tickets issued was for 33 mins of parking which ended up as a $74.00 ticket. So our employee not realizing cost me over $400.00 in one day. Your company is a leech on the citizens of Nashville. I will avoid your lots at all costs. There is no justification for that amount of money.

Sunday scam

Premier Parking Usa - Sunday scam
I parked at the lot at 3rd and Veterans Parkway Sunday Oct. 13. 1PM. A large sign by pay booth stated parking hours M-F 6--- Sat 6--- Nothing for Sunday. The sign led me to believe there was no charge for Sunday. I took my out of town guest to Jonny Cash's for lunch. When I got back one hour later, I had been booted, ticketed and had to pay $95 on the spot to get my vehicle released. That is outright robbery. There was another couple from Ohio that got the same treatment. I was embarrassed to tell them I was from this area. They said they would never come back. They though this was a nice town but there is some kind of corruption going on here.

Crooks- Nashville TN

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I parked at the lot next to cafe coco. I went to the kiosk to pay and it would not turn on. I kept attempted to press the buttons- no luck. I thought the machine was broken and went on in for the music. When I came out my car was booted. The crooks were there collecting money from other cars they booted so I wait s my turn. I tried to explain to the incredibly rude people that the machine did not work for me or the person with me, of course they don’t “believe” me because it worked for all the other cars (I’m assuming all the other booted cars too). They also informed me there is “no such thing as free parking” and that if I pressed all the buttons at once the machine wouldn’t work. The people are idiots and it’s a scam. They forced me to pay 50 to get the boots off my car. What’s even better about the scam is that the ticket wasn’t even 50 when I signed in to file a dispute and get my money back.

Harassment Letter

I received a threatening letter from Premier Parking to turn over an $85 unpaid parking violation for using one of their parking lots in Nashville having not paid for parking. No one in my family had a recollection or a clue what this was related to, and no one recalled having parked in their lot. After digging around and wasting a lot of my time trying to get to the bottom of this threat, it turned out that Premier Parking had entered a typo and it wasn't our vehicle at all. It took a lot of time and aggravation to get to the bottom of their error. Their attitude was that it was a simple typo on their end but didn't understand the aggravation and harassment they caused on my end. It took several phone calls to reach them to even get a live person, and obviously run a scam operation.

Premier parking is a scam

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
We parked in East Tennessee and approached the pay station. Signs are very vague but there is a parking payment machine and spots marked with different merchants names. Not sure but probably to confuse you. We go to the pay station and it asks to enter our tag#. We enter two digits and it stops taking digits. We backspace and try again and nothing. We go eat. We come back and there's a ticket on the window. We dispute it and they just send you idiotic replies like "sir it's a pay lot". Like they didn't even read what you wrote. Then you can't reply to their email and your dispute is marked as "already disputed". You then pay or get charged more and more and more. Total lunacy.

Company refused credit to my account

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
These people charged my debit card On April 5, 2018. The machine kept saying invalid card try again. After 3 try’s and 20 people, waiting in line to use this machine we called Premier Parking and told them and asked if we could pay by phone? They said no. Try another card, so my sister used her card and went through but it didn’t print a receipt!!! Called the company the next morning, they charged me 119.00 on my card. They refuse to refund my money. Claiming they have no record of these charges. The bank has proof, and this a sorry company to deal with. Now the bank will refund my money!!!

Premier Parking / Bad Business

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Parked in the Harvey Lot to see a performance at TPAC. Machine said it would send me a text; if I needed to add more time, I could do so remotely. Received a text before the conclusion of the play that read: "No Extension Allowed." Had to leave the performance before the conclusion because I was then illegally parked. Contacted Premier and politely asked for a partial refund. Although they acknowledged the problem with their machine, they would not issue a partial refund to reimburse me for the $36 I wasted on TPAC tickets, not to mention the hour drive (one way) to get there and back home. This is not a good way to do business. There are literally hundreds of horror stories about this company; from customers and past employees alike. It will only be a matter of time before their business practices put them out of business.

They gave me a ticket for $60 because i had a trailer attached to my van. The attendant said that i could go finish my dinner and that i would not get another ticket if i went in and finished my dinner.

Came out and had another $60 ticket.

$120 total for an hour and 15 min. This is predatory.

Machines do not take new $5 bills. No attendant on duty

The Machines at this busy area, near DT Nashville, would not accept the new $5 bills. There was no attendant to talk to on duty or get help from. Sad, as it was 7 pm on a Friday with the Grand Ole Opry in town. Their service is terrible if they can not keep their machines accepting $$$ and they do not have someone on hand to help with issues during the busy times. I will make sure not to park in their lots anymore. I have nothing else to say but apparently need to use at least one hundred words to file this complaint. There is over one hundred word here and it still will not take this update.

I have made a reservation for cruise parking for 2 cars and made a deposit of 29.32. Called to confirm and was told they went out of business. Wanted to cancel with the telephone that was on my email and was told that they have nothing to do with that company and that i would probably be out of that money. So now what do i do. Really pissed off .

I booked two spaces during Premier Parking's Black Friday sale for January 15-23, 2016. When we arrived the parking lot was almost empty and there was not anyone there to shuttle us to BWI.

I called the number posted on the office building to call the shuttle and the call went straight to voicemail. Ok, maybe the driver was shuttling customers to the airport. Left a message that we were at the parking lot waiting to be picked up. Waited a while and no response to my voicemail.

Tired again and still no response. Called the cooperate office and could not anyone to answer. Had to quick find another place to park making it close to missing our flight. $87.73 down the drain and no service.

Tried contacting Premier Parking when we got home and still no responses. From the end of November to the middle of January the company went belly up??? Filed a complaint with BBB and they were not successful either to help me get a refund on my parking fees. Not cool Premier Paring, Not cool.

What a rip off.

Got an email about booking parking for offsite BWI parking from a company called Parkway Parking. Funny thing, they are at the same site that Premier Parking used to be located. So did Premier Parking file bankruptcy and open under a new name.

If so, they owe me parking.

BBB Says This Place is Out-Of-Business

Premier Parking Usa - BBB Says This Place is Out-Of-Business
This company is out of business and can't be reached per the Better Business Bureau. If you currently have a reservation, it will not be honored. You will not be able to get a refund easily, if at all. Arrange for other parking and accept this as a loss if you pre-paid as I did. I filed a complaint with the BBB and got the following response..."Either the company's mail/email has been returned with no forwarding order, or the company has confirmed it is out of business. Unfortunately, this means that BBB will be unable to assist you in resolving your dispute." Doesn't matter, but here's my story. I parked for 3 weeks. Returned on 1/25/16 at BWI, right after the big snow storm. No answer when calling for shuttle. Voice mail full. Same as everyone else on this post. Taxi'd to the lot while leaving my family (2 seniors and my 6 yr old daughter) at the airport. No one at the lot. 2 1/2 feet of snow on the ground. Car in the back of the lot. Nothing plowed or cleared. Gates were open thankfully. Got help from the trucking company across the street to snow blow out. Cost me of course. But money well spent. Owner of the trucking company said the Premier guy left the prior Thursday night, right before the storm, and hasn't returned since. Picked my family up at the airport 2 hours later. As I stated earlier, I have a complaint registered with the BBB. If anyone here finds that this business is still in operation (not just at BWI, but any location in the US), I would jump on a class action suit or other litigation with you to recover losses. This experience was straight out of a horror story and I feel for anyone that was affected by this as my family and I were.

Bayonne Out of Business

Booked in Dec/15 to reserve for cruise departing from Bayonne on May 15. I had used this lot before and had good service. We arrived at the lot to find them out of business but thankfully another company had taken over. Had to pay again ($83.)for the week but was glad to get the parking and the shuttle service was great both ways. I believe the name is now Bayonne Cruise Parking and they had just taken over. Would love to get back my original payment. I will contact BBB just to file a complaint and hopefully they will be able to do something if enough of us let them know. I will contact Mastercard and hope they will assist.
